A targeting computer provides a +1 TR bonus per level; so a Class 3 Targeting Computer will modify a base -5 TR penalty by +3 for a final TR of -2. Targeting Computers can only compensate for TR penalties incurred by type and mass, never raising TR above +0.
Can be obtained from other mechas or from shops. Keep an eye out for high leveled TCs and Sensors, save them and transfer them between your mechs as necessary.
Targeting computers are light enough to carry on a personal scale (12.5kg), so they can be considered zero extra weight when added to a mecha.
