A very powerful, very heavy personal-scale ranged weapon. The SWARM effect is good for weakening armor, although it may not be as quick to kill some targets as the Dual Laser Rifle for example. Use the Weight Lifting skill to help carry it around.
Assault Cannons can be purchased in shops for a high price.
